Correction Notice: Triscapes Article Withdrawn
In March National Builders Guide published a report that the Building Commission NSW had identified offences against Anthony Abi-Merhi, a sole trader business operating under the name “Triscapes”.
The National Builders guide has now been informed that Mr Abi-Merhi has successfully applied for annulments at a hearing in the Parramatta Local Court on 23rd May 2025, in light of the annulment Mr Abi-Merhi cannot be described as guilty of the breaches detailed in the original article.
Considering this latest information, National Builders Guide has removed the original article from their website and would like to apologise to Mr Abi-Merhi for any distress this may have caused him.
